Aniseed based apertive dring, containing many aromatic plants and exotic spices. This is the most typical Provencal aperitive drink! Dilute 1 dose of pastis pour 6 to 10 doses of fresh water, ideal temperature is 4° celsius. Put first pastis in a glass, then water, and eventual ice cubes at last only.
