(1) Cut the jagged edges of the top of the packaging and remove the container. (2) Fold the cap with your finger and pull it out. (3) Hold the container and insert 5-8 cm from the tip of the syringe into the vagina with the body relaxed. (4) Push the piston out and inject the gel. (5) Gently pull out the container.
