Eyepiece reticle with 5mm length horizontal scale subdivided into 100 x 0.05mm divisions This eyepiece reticle has an overall length of 5.00mm with 100 subdivisions of 0.05mm. When used with a x10 objective each division with represent 5 microns on the specimen. By dividing the division of the chosen reticle by the magnification of the objective one obtains an appoximate value that each division will represent on the stage.
